Conrad Schumacher is a knowledge wrangler and a grub rustler. He loves long walks in the moonlight, and his favorite pizza topping is currently any roasted seasonal vegetable. Okay, enough of that! Conrad Schumacher is an Academy art, language arts, and culinary arts teacher at Centennial Park School.
He is also an adjunct professor at Portland State University. He holds degrees from Portland State University, Lewis and Clark College, and Horst Mager Culinary Institute (now Cordon Bleu).
His wife, two sons, one daughter, and home life are what give Conrad the energy, passion, consistency, and stability to be a teacher.
